We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our friendly People and Culture team, providing effective, professional HR advice and support to managers and colleagues at Coastline on a range of day‑to‑day HR queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and colleagues on a range of day‑to‑day HR queries.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by dealing with queries and providing advice.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a busy HR team or similar.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Preferably holds a CIPD Level 3 or above qualification.
- A full driving licence or ability to travel across the West Cornwall area to our various sites and offices.
