About the job

We have an exciting opportunity to join Coastline as a senior member of our Finance team, supporting the organisation to deliver strong financial leadership and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will lead the Groups financial planning, treasury and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial information is available to support strategic decision-making and that funding, cashflow and regulatory requirements are effectively managed.

This is a varied and influential role, working closely with the Director of Finance, senior leaders and external partners including funders and regulators. You will oversee key finance functions, support development and growth activity, and help build a high-performing, data-driven finance team that contributes to the delivery of Coastlines Corporate Plan.

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of financial planning and treasury management, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
