Sevens Casino is part of a product and tech-focused gaming company operating multiple brands in the gaming market. You will be part of the retail operations team, working with a small team at ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be supporting the Retail Manager in the day-to-day operation of the club. You will build relationships with our customers ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise and guide customers on any queries or questions they might have.
  • Provide cashier services.
  • Run in-house promotions.
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the premises.

Full and part-time roles available which include a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of retail experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • Leaving certificate or equivalent.
