As the 1st Line onsite technician, you will support and install a diverse range of technologies within the college environment. Your primary responsibilities include providing onsite support for break-fix solutions along with installations and project work. Occasionally offering helpdesk support during exceptionally busy periods or covering holidays and sickness. This role is focused on reactive support along with proactive setups and installations.
