We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Machinery & Land-Based Engineering professional to join our Agriculture team. This role will involve delivering high-quality practical and theoretical teaching across agricultural machinery, maintenance, and engineering to land-based students.

You will bring strong industry experience, a passion for developing learners’ practical skills, and the ability to engage students in a hands-on learning environment. Experience in agricultural machinery, workshop practice, and health & safety compliance is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the next generation of land-based engineers within a well-established and supportive department. An additional skills allowance may be offered on top of the basic salary for the successful candidate, depending on their experience and expertise.
