  • Collaborating with our Farm Manager to integrate real-time farming operations into your teaching
  • Inspiring learners through hands-on experiences and industry-relevant content
  • Supporting students’ development with a flexible, positive, and motivating approach

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant vocational experience in land-based engineering or agricultural machinery
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
  • A passion for teaching and developing young people
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Teaching qualifications (desirable—but we’ll support you to gain them!)

Contractual Details:

  • Hours: Ideally, we are looking for a full-time candidate to work 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, but we will consider a job share for part-time candidates.
  • Salary: from £28,798 per annum depending on skills and experience

If you share our values and have the ambition to join us on our journey to continued success, we would love to hear from you.

What we offer:

  • Generous annual leave entitlement of 48 holiday days, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time roles)
  • Additional 3 efficiency closure days over Christmas and an additional 4 days over Easter to be taken out of your holiday allowance.
  • Generous Pension Scheme through either the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) / Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) depending on your role
  • Access to Care First - our FREE confidential emotional support and practical advice scheme
  • Dedicated CPD learning days to support learning and development
  • Family friendly policies
  • A person-centred annual appraisal focusing on your wellbeing and CPD
  • Free on-site parking
  • Free on-site gym
  • Employee discounts at on-site facilities such as Signature Hair & Beauty Salon, The Avenue Restaurant and The Bay Theatre.
