*We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for our Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.
*Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Help develop menus and seasonal specials.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Passion for producing quality food and delivering a great guest experience.
