Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest family-owned holiday park and leisure operators on the Lincolnshire Coast, with venues between Skegness and Mablethorpe. We are committed to providing excellent facilities and exciting new developments for our customers.

We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for our Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.

  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy service periods.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Help develop menus and seasonal specials.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Passion for producing quality food and delivering a great guest experience.
  • Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
