About The Role

Through internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join the Finance Department at Coastfields Leisure Ltd. This is a permanent, year‑round position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. This role is fully office‑based working from Ingoldmells, though a hybrid working pattern may be considered if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing clear & timely monthly management accounts, with commentary where required.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintaining fixed asset register.
  • Monthly accruals and prepayments.
  • Preparation of year end audit file for review.
  • Point of contact for external auditors.
  • Monthly sales reporting and commissions.
  • Completion of monthly / quarterly regulatory returns (ONS/Gambling Commission/MGD etc.).
  • Ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics system and internal financial reports.
  • Ad hoc reporting for other arms of the business as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Part Qualified / Newly Qualified CIMA / ACCA (Strong QBE may be considered).
  • Robust knowledge and experience in preparation of financial statements.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize relevant deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable but not essential.
