We’re looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded Appointment Setter / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and helping convert enquiries into sales opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries, qualifying potential customers against our criteria, booking appointments for our representatives, and following up with quoted customers to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria
  • Book appointments for sales representatives and maintain accurate schedules
  • Conduct follow-up customer care calls after appointments
  • Gather feedback on customer experience and appointment quality
  • Understand reasons why customers did not proceed with a purchase
  • Help re-engage and persuade customers to move forward with our services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and notes from conversations
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, business development or customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
