Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the recycling industry? We\’re looking for a Recycling Operative to join our dedicated team at Kenbury Wood. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the efficient operation of our site.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
Paper De-Reeling: Operate machinery and tools to remove paper from reels for recycling, Conduct routine maintenance and safety check
Bale Dressing: Prepare bales of recyclable materials for dispatch, inspecting bales for contamination and ensure quality standards. Support plant operators with bale handling and transport. Maintain tidy and organised bale storage areas
What We\’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Basic understanding of recycling processes
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Desirable:
- Experience in recycling or waste management
- Familiarity with bale handling or de-reeling machinery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.86-£19.29 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
