We are hiring experienced HGV drivers with waste and aggregates sector knowledge to operate vehicles such as skip and sweeper lorries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive legally, adhering to driver hours and working time regulations
- Ensure vehicle roadworthiness before and during shifts
- Maintain communication with the traffic office and complete paperwork accurately
- Report incidents promptly and work safely to protect company and customer interests
Candidate Requirements
- Class 2 CPC card and digicard
- Previous experience with similar vehicles
- Experience in waste management or construction is desirable
- Attention to detail, teamwork, good communication, and customer service skills
