We are seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 driver for yard shunting at customer premises in Whittlesey. This full-time, permanent role involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (22:00 - 06:00).
- Perform trailer shunting using a tug, ensuring safety and professionalism
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Follow health & safety, site, and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Engage in physically demanding tasks such as coupling/uncoupling units, loading/unloading, and climbing into trailers
The ideal candidate has a Category C+E license, experience in shunting, and feels comfortable working outdoors. Full training is provided.
