We are seeking reliable and friendly bus drivers to join our family-run business operating since 1985, with bases in Barnard Castle and Darlington. The role involves working 4 days a week on our local bus network in Durham, Darlington, and North Yorkshire, with shift lengths of 10-13 hours, no Sunday work, and every third Saturday off.
Applicants must hold a valid category D driving license, drivers CPC, and be willing to undergo a DBS check. The position offers a basic rate of £12.75/hour, with supplements for accident-free driving (£1.00/hour) and weekend work (£1.00/hour).
Benefits include annual CPC training, a mobile phone allowance, pension scheme, and a 5% pay rise after one year. Part-time and full-time positions are available, suitable for those seeking one or two days per week.
