Key Responsibilities:
- Driving recycling and waste collection vehicles
- Performing vehicle safety checks and operating the vehicle
- Assisting loaders with waste removal
- Interacting with customers and the public
Full PPE, training, and health and safety induction will be provided. The role involves 45 hours weekly, with overtime and working every 2nd Saturday on a rota basis. Candidates should hold a valid HGV licence and Driver CPC, be physically fit, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in waste transport or recycling is advantageous but not essential. Pay is £15.00 per hour. Work is based on-site.
