Seeking an experienced, careful, punctual, and reliable HGV2 driver for a well-established, family-run specialist haulier.
Offer includes 28 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays.
Job involves multi-drop palletised deliveries, pallet network curtainsider work, operating 18-tonne tail-lifts, and making 15–20 local postcode drops daily around CW & WA areas. Also includes network/customer collections, delivering to shops and residential addresses, requiring competence with electric/manual pump trucks.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30 start, day shifts, plus alternate Saturday mornings, approximately 45 hours per week excluding breaks.
Requirements: Previous HGV2 multi-drop experience, clean license, no accidents, and ability to operate curtains, tail-lift, and pump trucks. Forklift experience/license is advantageous but not essential.
This role offers competitive pay from £675 per week, with additional benefits including pension, healthcare, free parking, and health & wellbeing programmes after probation.
Ideal candidates are reliably located in or willing to relocate to Longport ST5. Must have fluent English skills and at least one year of HGV2 multi-drop experience.
