We are seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 driver for yard-based shunting duties at a busy agricultural bulk transport company in Whittlesey.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 22:00 - 06:00.
Responsibilities:
- Using a tug to shunt trailers on site as per customer requirements.
- Maintaining professionalism with customers and the public.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
- Following health & safety, site, and company procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements:
- Coupling/uncoupling units and trailers.
- Loading/unloading and climbing into trailers.
- Handling bulker sheets where needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the agricultural sector preferred.
- HGV Class 1 license required, clean license preferred.
- Full training provided if needed.
