We are seeking experienced HGV drivers for full‑time, permanent Cover Driver roles across various vehicle types, including HGV Bulk, Curtainside, Pallex, and Delivery Vans. Our team operates mainly in the Southern UK, supporting agricultural, food, storage, and distribution sectors, with some third‑party partnerships.
Work involves collecting and delivering agricultural, aggregate, and general freight, primarily Monday to Friday daytime hours, with occasional weekend work during the busy summer harvest. Night‑out work may be available.
Compensation: competitive rate of £16.65 per hour, paid weekly, plus a £25 per night night‑out allowance. Benefits include full company perks.
Applicants should have 1–2 years of C+E licence experience and prioritize customer service. Please note: No holidays are granted during August and September due to peak harvest activity.
Our main depot is in Chichester, with additional sites at Eastleigh, Maidenhead, and Shoreham.
