We are seeking skilled Coach Drivers to join our team, responsible for safely transporting passengers along scheduled routes. This full‑time position requires 40 hours per week, optional overtime, and operates 24/7 across four shift patterns: Earlies, Mornings, Middles, and Lates on a rotating 3‑week schedule that includes long weekends off every three weeks.
Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely along scheduled routes
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management
- Maintain a clean coach interior
- Complete daily checks and vehicle inspections
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid PCV Licence / DQC Card
- Digi Tacho Card
- At least 1 year of bus driving experience
- Willingness to travel to Northampton, work weekends on rota, and select preferred shift patterns
