We are seeking a
HGV Class 2 Driver to join our growing team in Chichester.
Job Overview
The role involves local multi‑drop, palletised deliveries and collections in and around Chichester and nearby areas, working to timed schedules with good time management, delivering to both business and residential addresses, with some forklift, tail lift, and electric pump truck unloading, and maintaining vehicle and load safety by completing defect reports and ensuring loads are secure.
Responsibilities
- Local multi‑drop, palletised deliveries and collections in and around Chichester and nearby areas.
- Working to timed schedules with good time management.
- Delivering to both business and residential addresses, with some forklift, tail lift, and electric pump truck unloading.
- Maintaining vehicle and load safety by completing defect reports and ensuring loads are secure.
Requirements
A clean HGV/LGV Class 2 licence is required; local knowledge is beneficial. The shift runs from 08:00 to 18:00, with an ASAP start.
