We are seeking experienced HGV Drivers for full-time, permanent roles involving the transportation of agricultural bulk goods, mainly potatoes, across the UK and EU. Drivers will be responsible for collecting and delivering products, conducting vehicle checks, securing loads, completing paperwork, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Transport agricultural bulk goods, mainly potatoes, across the UK and EU.
- Collect and deliver products to customers and sites.
- Conduct vehicle checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Secure loads and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain safety standards and customer service during all duties.
- Carry out yard-based shunting duties requiring physical activity such as coupling, unloading, and trailer handling.
Shift pattern and environment
Shift patterns include nights — 4 on, 4 off — in a rolling schedule. Outdoor work in varied locations.
