Coastal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role involves cleaning commercial premises across a small number of sites. You will visit no more than two sites per day, with all locations situated within a short travelling distance of each other (approximately 3 miles).

Key Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual cleaning duties
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • A positive team player who works well with colleagues
  • Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard
  • Maintain safe, clean and hygienic environments
  • Report any maintenance, cleaning or Health & Safety issues to management
  • Follow company procedures, risk assessments and site instructions
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
