Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Case Manager, located in Fareham with some work-from-home opportunities. The Case Manager will be responsible for assessing the immediate needs of claimants following serious accidents or injuries. Daily tasks include coordinating rehabilitation services, managing client cases, liaising with therapists, personal injury lawyers, and insurance companies, and preparing comprehensive assessment reports. The role involves both in-person client interactions and remote administrative work.
