The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client, a very well established wealth manager, is now looking for someone with experience in work based pensions and group risk. The role will deal with all scheme administration, namely:

  • Processing of new entrants, leavers and retirees
  • Updating and processing monthly pension schedules
  • Uploading of pension schedules on provider websites
  • Processing of risk claims relating to death, health and disability
  • Arranging group client appointments and meetings for the consultant
  • Processing renewals
  • Compiling and completing annual Client reviews
  • Being proactive in suggesting and creating improved and efficient working methods
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Recording client and policy information onto the database
  • Providing effective delivery of information and communication to clients
  • Preparing scheme reports and attending client meetings
  • Providing a pro-active service and a high standard of administrative support to the IFA's/consultants and clients via telephone, email and written communication, including assisting in product and provider research
  • Being the main point of contact for clients and providers
  • Maintaining a good understanding of Auto Enrolment and being up to date with appropriate and relevant legislative changes
