A superb role has arisen within a long established Guildford based IFA/Wealth Manager. We are currently seeking a skilled IFA Support to join their team in prestigious Surrey offices on a part time or reduced hours basis (negotiable). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in financial services to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Prepare and compile financial planning reports, including suitability reports and technical research.
  • Client Support: Assist advisers with client queries and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain client records on Intelligent Office (IO) and other relevant systems.
  • Financial Plans: Analyse client portfolios and make recommendations in line with their financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with advisers, product providers, and other team members to support the advice process effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development of workflows, templates, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Client Meetings: Provide pre- and post-meeting support, including preparing packs and following up on action points.

This is a progressive opportunity for a skilled administrator with a level of experience within Financial Services Administration and is available immediately.
