Our Client, a hugely successful IFA Compliance support organisation with a superb reputation, are keen to appoint an IFA Compliance professional who is Fully Diploma qualified. The vacancy is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work at home or at client’s offices as required.
The position will involve:
- File checking
- Answering client compliance queries
- Reviewing and updating in-house procedures
- Training advisers
- Reviewing CPD activity
- Collating management information
- Annual audits
Ordinarily, you would have been visiting clients at their offices generally from Monday - Thursday 9/9.30 to 4/4.30pm (Friday is an admin home day). However, in this post COVID world, a large amount of your time will be working from home. We are finding that clients are embracing the new world of remote working and virtual meetings. Therefore, we would anticipate you working from home 2-3 days per week and on the other days out visiting clients.
Essential requirements:
