A city based Specialist lender are keen to appoint a career focused and sales orientated Graduate Trainee. Your role as Junior Relationship Manager As a Junior Relationship Manager you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working closely with Senior Relationship Managers to build and strengthen the network of broker clients. Key responsibilities Competitor analysis: Keep up to date with competitors and regularly update internal analysis spreadsheet. Broker CRM: Keep CRM system fresh to enhance and track broker relationships. Broker support: Reach out to brokers to check the status of their enquiries and provide support where needed. New broker research: Conduct research to discover and connect with new brokers to expand the network. Pitching: Assist the team in organising and participating in meetings – both in person and virtually – to introduce offerings to new brokers.
