We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and manage HSE practices across our renewable energy projects. You will ensure compliance with UK legislation, drive a strong safety culture, and support safe project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and CDM Regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and review RAMS
- Carry out site audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with the Health and Safety Executive and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in a Health & Safety role (construction, utilities, or renewables preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable)
- Membership of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
