Due to the continued growth of our company, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on the sales operation at our stunning Alnwick Springs Leisure Park.

This is more than just another sales role.

You’ll work directly alongside the Company Directors, playing a key role in the continued growth of one of the region’s most exciting holiday parks.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in holiday home sales who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, ambitious, and family-oriented business.

The Role

  • Helping customers find and purchase their perfect holiday home through honest, consultative selling.
  • Managing and nurturing sales leads from enquiry through to completion.
  • Promoting holiday homes across social media and other marketing platforms.
  • Maintaining outstanding presentation standards across all available stock.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and holiday home owners.
  • Contributing ideas to help grow sales and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Has a proven track record within the holiday home or leisure park industry.
  • Is driven, self-motivated and enjoys achieving ambitious targets.
  • Believes in honesty, integrity and putting the customer first.
  • Takes pride in their work and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, family-run business.
  • Can maintain a positive work-life balance while giving their best during the working week.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm and enjoys having fun while succeeding.
