Account Manager | Coast & Country Cottages, Salcombe

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Coast & Country Cottages team, supporting our holiday home owners and helping them get the most from their properties across beautiful South Devon.
- £25,000 per year
- Salcombe, Devon
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, 9am–5.30pm, with a day off in the week)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with our holiday home owners
- Providing advice, guidance and day-to-day support
- Responding to guest and owner queries quickly and efficiently
- Helping owners improve property performance and complianceWorking closely with Property Services, Quality and Revenue Management
- Managing feedback to help improve the guest experience
- Providing occasional out-of-hours emergency phone cover
We’re looking for someone with:
- Customer service or customer relations experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- The ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Access to your own car for out-of-hours cover
Bonus points if you have:
Experience within travel or hospitality, good knowledge of the South Devon area, and previous experience supporting customers over the phone and face-to-face.
