Coast Concrete Services – Auchengray Primary School, Auchengray Road, Carnwath, Lanark, ML11 8LN.
Hours: 15 hours per week (term‑time basis).
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am–9am and 3pm–5pm.
Hourly Rate: £13.64 – £13.79 per hour.
Closing Date: Thursday 20 November 2025 at 11:55pm.
Position Type: Temporary (until 1 June 2026).
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, and other surfaces.
- Monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.
- Set up rooms for lettings and act as the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety matters.
- Assist the recruitment team with necessary checks after the selection event, where required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in custodial or cleaning work preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Compliance with the PVG Scheme (or update check) before formal offer.
- Agree to participate in Overseas Criminal Records Check if required.
