Hours: 16 – 21 hours per week on a term time basis
Work Pattern: 5 shifts over 7 days. Monday – Friday 6.00pm – 9.30pm; Saturday – Sunday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Salary: £14.02 – £14.33 per hour

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning function.
- Keep unit grounds safe and tidy, free from hazards, ensuring health and safety of staff and visitors.
- Monitor activities of lessees and contractors; report issues to line manager.
- Log, monitor, and report damage or faults relating to fabric and fixtures.
- Liaise with external contractors and lessees, ensuring health, safety and security procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment, lessees and team members to meet daily customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Willingness to undergo recruitment checks (PVG scheme or update) prior to a formal offer where applicable.
- Details of any gaps in employment and any foreign police checks where applicable.
