These posts are based within Council Headquarters, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA. You would be part of a successful well-established team who liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks, including a specialist minute‑taking service to support MAPPA. Daily use of the ViSOR information system, which includes updating and retrieving information and maintaining electronic recording and filing systems.

Currently, meetings are primarily held via Microsoft Teams; however, the successful applicant would be required to be flexible and able to travel to various locations across the Resource, including Clydesdale, Cambuslang, East Kilbride and Hamilton to provide support and undertake minutes of meetings. This post involves access to the Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) information system and MAPPA folders and the successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 2 disclosure check.
