Salary: £21,802 – £22,090

Shift Pattern
In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four‑week shift pattern which consists of two weeks day shift and two weeks back shift. Day shift is 6.30 am until 3.30 pm (during week days – 7 am until 4 pm office based). Back shift is 3 pm until 11 pm. When not in the office you will work from home.
- Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Day shift)
- Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday (Day shift)
- Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Back shift)
- Week 4 – Wednesday, Thursday (Back shift)
Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community, council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.
South Lanarkshire Council will provide and fund all required training including induction and ongoing learning and development.
Interviews for these posts will be held face to face.
