Hours and Work Pattern

35 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8:45 am – 4:45 pm; Friday 8:45 am – 4:15 pm.

Salary

£28,340 – £30,548 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Administer non‑domestic rates accounts, process changes and maintain liabilities.
  • Answer telephone calls from customers enquiring about their accounts and negotiate payment arrangements with those who have arrears.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in NDR administration is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work accurately under complex legislative guidance and meet targets and timescales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Practical knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office Suite.
