Overview
South Lanarkshire Council\’s Housing & Technical Services Repairs Team is seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to undertake a variety of general administration duties, including collecting and compiling information, reporting directly to Senior Management in relation to draft responses for Elected Members and Official Complaints.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: £28,340 – £30,548 per year
Responsibilities
You will require to communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner, including liaising with internal and external customers while dealing with specialist Administrative activities in accordance with established procedures and standard. You will provide comprehensive support to operational colleagues, undertaking a range of clerical tasks. You will work to tight deadlines, with problem solving, team working and first-class communication skills essential. Qualifications and Skills
Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with good keyboard, oral and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
