We’re hiring: Activity Co‑ordinator (32 hours) – Bexhill Care Centre. Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? We’re on the lookout for a warm, creative and enthusiastic Activity Co‑ordinator to join our team at Coast Care Homes. This role is all about bringing energy, connection and meaningful moments to our residents’ lives. From group activities to one‑to‑one time, you’ll create engaging, person‑centred experiences that support emotional, social and physical wellbeing – especially for those with more complex needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering activities tailored to each resident’s interests and abilities
  • Encouraging participation and helping residents feel confident, included and valued
  • Organising sessions like crafts, music, games, gentle exercise and sensory activities
  • Supporting community involvement and outings
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, caring and creative approach
  • Confidence to engage residents, including those with complex needs
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • A genuine passion for improving quality of life
  • Experience in care is helpful, but not essential – attitude, energy and willingness to learn matter most.
