Ormiston Latimer Academy and Ormiston Beachcroft Academy are seeking a School Engagement Mentor to lead the Violence Reduction Unit mentoring for pupils aged 13-16 at risk of disengagement.
You will deliver 1:1 and small group mentoring, help improve attendance and behaviour, and work with families, academy staff and external agencies to support transitions into further education, training or employment while shaping the programme across both academies.
