We are looking for an experienced and confident Behaviour Lead to join our dedicated team, ensuring high quality pastoral care for our students. If you are looking to continue your career as a Behaviour Lead in a welcoming and well-established Secondary School, then we want to hear from you.
All About You
The Behaviour Lead we would like to join us will be:
- To provide professional management and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school’s behaviour, consequence and rewards systems for all students in Years 7 to 11, including strategic oversight, quality assurance and evaluation of their impact.
- To work with the Assistant Principal to oversee Student Support for all students in years 7 to 11.
- To act as a support network for all teachers, Assistant Principals, Faculty Leads and SEND team.
- To manage the school exclusion re-integration process in line with DFE guidance, meeting with parents, carers & external agencies of any excluded student.
- To manage, oversee and direct resolution of individual pastoral problems and welfare matters through the management and organisation of day-to-day pastoral work.
- The Behaviour Leader will manage the Student Support Team, which includes 5 non-teaching heads of year, and will be responsible for their Performance Management.
- Manage & oversee the bus prefect system to ensure safe travel to and from school for all students.
