Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Caldmore Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible lunchtime playworker.

The successful candidate will supervise, support and engage pupils during lunchtime by providing a safe, inclusive and stimulating play environment. The role involves organising and facilitating play activities, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.

About you:

  • We are looking for a positive and committed individual who can communicate effectively with both students and staff and is keen to work as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the behaviour of groups of children, deal with any basic 1st aid incidents and keep calm under pressure.
  • It is essential that the successful candidate have knowledge of kitchen health and safety and is sensitive and understanding of the students’ needs.
