About the Role
As a member of our English Department, you will deliver high-quality teaching that engages, challenges and inspires students to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of an ambitious curriculum, support students' academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised degree (or equivalent) with a good classification in a relevant subject teaching qualification (QTS)
- Offers a flexible approach to the teaching of English that seeks to promote the learning opportunities of all students and to secure the highest possible levels of achievement
- Has excellent communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people - students, colleagues and parents
