Sunbury Manor School, part of The Howard Partnership Trust, is seeking an exceptional Director of Inclusion (SENDCo) to join the leadership team and shape inclusive education across the school. You will work with the Deputy Headteacher for Inclusion and THPT colleagues to lead SEND provision, promote equity and ensure every learner has the support to thrive.
The role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in SEND, an ability to coach staff, use data for improvement, and build effective strategies.
