SNMAT is seeking a Trust SEND Lead to shape and deliver a cohesive SEND strategy across 24 academies, working with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team to drive inclusion and raise outcomes for all pupils.
The role requires a highly visible leader with deep SEND expertise, who will travel between schools, build strong relationships with SENCOs, staff, pupils and families, use data to prioritise action and ensure consistent quality and compliance across the Trust.
