SNMAT is seeking a Trust Safeguarding Lead to drive safeguarding strategy and compliance across 24 academies.
You will work directly with the CEO and Executive Team to shape practice, build networks and raise safeguarding standards Trust-wide.
You will oversee safeguarding functions, partner with academy leaders, HR and external agencies, and use data and audits to identify risk and drive improvement.
