Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an SEMH Learning Practitioner to support staff and pupils within the classroom as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
You will provide targeted support to pupils needing additional adult assistance, deliver small group or 1:1 interventions, and use the classroom minibus for community interventions. The role includes maintaining records, attending meetings, and contributing to pupil progress and next steps.
