Reydon Primary School is seeking a Headteacher who believes deeply in the power of education to transform lives and who shares our commitment to high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a leader who can inspire excellence in teaching, champion inclusion and wellbeing, build strong relationships with families and partners, and create the conditions in which both children and staff can grow, succeed and thrive.

  • Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the school, translating vision into clear priorities that drive continuous improvement and strong outcomes for pupils.
  • Ensure safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, behaviour and attendance remain at the centre of school life.
  • Lead, support and develop staff to secure consistently high quality teaching and learning.
  • Oversee the curriculum, resources and budget to maximise educational opportunities and achievement for all pupils.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, governors, the Trust and the wider community, acting as an ambassador for the school.
