St Gregory’s Catholic Primary School is a happy, welcoming and ambitious school, rooted in our Catholic mission: “We give thanks to God, work together and always try our best, shining in little ways for all to see.” We wish to appoint an experienced, passionate and highly organised Business Lead to support the effective day-to-day running of our school.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the running and organisation of the School Office, liaising with the Trust Central Team and acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, visitors and the wider school community.
The successful candidate will:
- have proven office and administrative experience and the ability to manage effective office systems;
- be able to plan for and implement new initiatives to further improve the efficient running of the school office;
- have the ability to manage their time effectively, use initiative and work accurately across competing priorities;
- be professional, discreet, flexible and committed to providing excellent service to children, families, staff and visitors;
- share and support the Catholic ethos, mission and values of St Gregory’s and Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust.
