Salary: Actual Salary - £29,295 - £30,605
Contract: Permanent Contract - 35 hours per week (Term Time only plus 5 INSET days)

We are seeking caring, committed and enthusiastic Senior Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. Working under the direction of the class teacher, you will lead and support a team of teaching assistants while helping to deliver outstanding education, care and therapeutic support for pupils with complex autism.
The role will involve:
- Supporting teaching, learning and pupil development.
- Leading and coordinating support staff within the classroom.
- Assisting with personal and intimate care where required.
- Supporting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
- Participating in activities including PE, swimming and educational visits.
