Join Our Exceptional Team as a Senior Early Years Educator ( Maternity Cover 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 )
Working Hours : 37.5 or 40 hours per week, all year around.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting the day-to-day management of the room, including staff deployment and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
Acting as a key person for a group of children—planning activities, tracking progress and engaging families in their learning journeys
Mentoring and guiding team members, modelling best practice and supporting high standards of professionalism
Collaborating closely with the Early Years leadership to support children with SEND, implement the curriculum and deliver quality provision
Maintaining open, supportive communication with families and working closely with them to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
