We’re looking for a SENDCO to support our learners journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and reflective colleague to take a key role in leading and developing SEND provision across the school.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, senior leadership team, staff, families, local authorities, and external professionals to ensure that all learners receive the support, adaptations, and provision they need to achieve positive outcomes.
At Break Through School we support learners with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs, specific learning difficulties, and other complex barriers to learning.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of strong relationships, high expectations, and personalised support in helping learners to thrive.
This role will be central to strengthening provision, supporting staff, and ensuring that learners’ needs are met consistently and effectively.
